This holistic service was created and inspired by an amalgamation of various qualifications and life experiences. Services are personalised and promote independence, peace and self-awareness, offering a unique approach to connecting to your body's natural flow through movement, being present and aware of self and body, with movements in the moment.
The use of various techniques aid in cultivating movement, focus, relaxation, connection between body and mind, release of built up tension, improves immune system, increases circulation and decrease stress and anxiety offering a deeper sense of well-being. Working on movement diversity, exploration and education in a fun and open setting where creativity and self-expression are encouraged.

Yoga and Holistic Body Movements sessions are available to everyone, the young, old and even the disabled. With Happy Flow Movements we use a holistic approach to show that we can all find our unique rhythm and natural flow in all that we do.

Sessions aim to help clients with things such as releasing of physical tension, body & movement education, development of self-awareness and more. Therefore approaches are tailor made, meeting the requirements and needs of the individual/s, striving to develop, increase, or maintain independence in performing ‘movement activities’ happily through the moments in life. Cultivating your body’s ability to move throughout your life aids in maintaining a healthy balance human system, playing a role in increases circulation, decrease stress and anxiety, can improve the immune system and mood offering a deeper sense of general well-being.
Body Movement & Yoga Instructor:
Hello I am Bianca, Holistic Body Movement specialist and registered Yoga instructor. Through extensive travels, living and working abroad I have acquired a diverse back ground of qualifications and worldly working experience. All of which have equipped me with a sound knowledge of working with the human body. A couple of my experiences include being a fitness and wellbeing adviser for Nuffield Health, to spending +/-3 years as a Support worker for children and adults with ASD in both housing support and day care services.
